SHOPS FOR EPUNI
TEMPORARY BUILDING PLANS
The Department of Housing Construction wrote to the Lower Hutt City Council recently submitting proposals for the erection of temporary shops at Epuni. The works committee of the Council recommended favourable consideration to the temporary commercial use of an area between Copeland Street and Hall Crescent. The application was referred to the by-laws committee for approval to the shop construction proposals. . The Council adopted the committee's recommendation.
