Mr. W. Dougan. New Coaching School. it was announced that the coaching school, under the direction of Mr. K. James, would open in the Hutt pavilion next, week. A remit recommending the limitation of the senior grade to six teams was carried. The Bank is removed from all democratic control. It pays no taxes either on its assets or income to anyone. For the above reasons, among others, we call upon you, therefore, our representatives, to refuse to ratify the Bretton Woods Agreement and so preserve the sovereign rights of our people in New Zealand, protest us against artificial slumps, and ensure the welfare and ordered progress of our Empire. Should you be in doubt as to the wishes of the electors of New Zealand upon this issue then we ask that you arrange to have a referendum taken.
