The proposal was brought to the Lower Hutt Ministers' Fraternal, which also includes Upper Hutt and the Bays, by a representation from Petorie arid was gladly accepted. The fervent .hope was expressed by all parties that this union woul-1 lead to great achievements in the spiritual life of the community.
