Saturday's Invitation Hun was held ri'Oiii the residence of Mia. Hiuiey, sear, Te Puni Street, Peton-o. Fifty ciub members auenutu o whom thirty were runners. Fo'u; packs ran over the Koro Koro course The senior and junior race packc, are in hard training for the coming Dawn Cup race. Two new members —L. Round and W. .I'enkinson, showed good form. Two veterans- —Craig and Scottwent for an extended trip over the; Horokiwis and nearly missed the very delightful afternoon tea. This year's competition for the Mack Robb Cup resulted in a win for A. Mack with M. Gough second. It was pleasing to see S. Lawrence back with the club after his recent illness. R. Johnson, R. Lynch and A. Chandler are running strongly as the result of regular training. M. Petersen and B. Walker measured the new 20,000 meter club championship course. The president, Mr. Gough, is hold ing his Invitation Run from the T< tone West School next Saturday at 2.1K) p.m.
