KING GEORGE THEATRE
], The King George Theatre is keep- ' ing up its reputation for screening only the big films which come direct u from the leading city Theatres. This week's pictures are of excep-j ;; tional merit and are drawing big " audiences. Tonight and tomorrow night will " see the last screening of "The Bugle Sounds," featuring that good old- ■ timer, Wallace Beery. I' On Friday at the Shopper's Ses- " sion "Paris Calling" will be shown. This film has been requested by discriminating patrons over and over again. It was to have been shown | some time ago but transport difficulties, owing to the earthquake, delayed it. ■This great film features Elizabeth Bergner, Randolph Scott, ' and Basil Rathbone.
The Management confidently reccommend this picture as an outstanding attraction. "Paris Calling" will not be screen ed at the Saturday Matinee, but instead the first full-length Musical Comedy Cartoon in glorious technicolour, entitled "Mr. Bug Goes to Town." The supporting subjects to all King George programmes are of the very best and latest. * • • «
