r. ■•"Under the provisions of the Emergency Reserve Regulations, a lull-scale Trial will be held in Lower Hutt on Sunday. (»t.h September. At an undisclosed time in the afternoon sirens will be sounded. From the time of the sounding of the alarm until the All-clear is sounded a state of emergency will exist in the City.
