A very liiippy ;il mo,sphere prevailed al (lie Club last week-end. The Waimarie Croquet Club, under Ihe guidance of Mrs. Savage, were the hostesses. Members of His Majesty's and Allied Forces were present both nights and were entertained by dancing on Saturday night and games and individual items on Sunday Miss ,1. Acres and a member of the Air Force sang two songs and two pupils of Miss Heal her Wright gave, dancing items. The Club wo ft hi like lo take the oppoi l imily of mentioning the serviced which (he girls under to the men as hostesses; also .special thanks to Mr Kyle, as M.C, and Mr Mann as pianist.
