THE LOWER HUTT SPINNING CIRCLE
Under the leadership of Mrs. H. B. Gordon, a spinning circle has been formed for the purpose of spinning comforts for our armed services overseas. The membership consists of 15 ladies, who are it present working with four spinning wheels, and orders have been placed for the manufacture of eight more. Any raw wool supplied (black for preferenpe) will be spun and made into any comfort desired by the donor for the men on service overseas. It is essential that the wool should be in its greasy state.
