Stamp collectors may wonder what takes place at the monthly meeting of a stamp club. The Hutt Valley Philatelic Society invites those interested to come along t<j the next meeting on the sth November, iiH advertised, and ascertain for themselves. On this occasion there will be portion of the G.1'.0. collection on display, and a talk on the collection will be given by Mr. S. J. Percival. An opportunity will be afforded those present of seeing an almost complete collection of one country. An attempt is being made to create greater interest in the collection of used postage stamps, and apart from improving the exchange circuit arranged by members, it is hoped to exchange circuits with other large clubs for the benefit of all members. Some of the members have good collections of Australia]' States and a supply of exchange copies.
