YOUTH PATRIOTIC CAMJ'AKJX The small Horticultural Hall was filleti to capacity on a recent Saturday, when the Hutt Valley Youth Patriotic Campaign held a trump whist evening. liowls of lovely rhododendrons made :effective decoration, and the function proved a distinct financial success. The Mayoress, Mrs. J. W. Andrews, patroness of the campaign, was present, as also was Mrs. W. Nash. The ladies' prize was won by Mrs. H. F. Muir, and Mrs. Warmington was the winner of a special prize donated by Mrs. Werry. Similar functions to raise money for patriotic funds will be held in the near future.
