LOWER HUTT CLUB The fine weather at the weekend brought out a number of players, and full use was made of the six courts. The ladders were opened on Saturday, when there was the usual number of first day challenges. Members are asked to note that challenge matches must be commenced before 1.30 at the weekends, and are asked to play matches in the evenings during tlie week wherever possible. Entries will shortly be called for entries for inter-club competition, and the number of teams entered from the club will depend on the interest taken in ladder matches. A number of new members have already joined, but there are still a few vacancies for both senior and junior members.
