R.S.A. Notes

In previous years the R.S.A. an.nual ball has been recognised as one of' the outstandhig events .in tluj social Weapon in this Valley, and thf| year the committee are sparing ho efforts to make the function more 'brilliant than ever. The decorations are in the capable ha,nds of Mrs. R. B. Ashe, with an enthusiastic band of helpers, and the sapper, which in the past has wqn the praise of all patrons, Is again under the control of the ladles' • committee,} with Mrs. A., Robins' as convenor. We can assure all intending patrons that 'this year's annual ball will be bigger, "brighter and better thah ever. This opportunity is takfen to adyise our many friends that the committee has decided not to issue invitations this year, but tickets are obtainable at the Club Rooms, and a cordial invitation is extended to all to make the Horticultural Hall their rendezvous on the evening of Friday, 29 th August. Returned Soldiers are requested to Wear decorations.
