This spirit of the true woman has existed since the world began, and iB still with! us; and the nursing section pt the Order of St. John giveß the training that develops that in? stinct of love to a high standard of efficiency. They give a true translation of that motto of the Order— "For the service of mankind."
It would be Unfair to close without mentioning Lady Cadet Supervisor Mrs. G. A. Bonifant (Lady Corps Officer). Mrs. Bonifant wa3 lady superintendent of the Hutt cadets. Under her. command it
grew to such a wonderful strength that from It three Hutt district cadet divisions were formed, and now from the same source has cpme the Petone Cadet Nursing /Division. Congratulations, Mrs. Bonifant. Well done!
