TAITA-KNOX MOTHERS' CLUB
There was a satisfactory attendance of mothers at the club's fortnightly meeting. The president, Mrs. Collier, presided and apologies for absence were received from (Mesdames O'Shea and Davison. Competitions for the evening were won by Mesdames T. Giould and Somerville, the latter also being voted the best piece of work prize. A competion was won by Mrs. E. Windley. An enjoyable supper, provided by Mesdames Mackie and Morrison, brought a pleasant evening to a close.
