The following grantß were made by the T. G. Macarthy Trust to local organisations at thefapnual meeting of the Board of Governors held in Wellington on 3rd September. Those present were His fexcellency the Governor-General (Lord Galway), the Prime Minister (the Hon. P. Fraser), His Grace Archbishop O'Shea, His Worship the Mayor of Wellington (Mr. T. C. A. Hislop), the Public Trustee (Mr. E. 0. Hales). A distribution of £12,605 was approved.
