TAITA.KNOX PLUNKET SOCIETY Another very enjoyable function was held last Wednesday evening, the guest- artist of the evening being Mrs. Charles Boswell, who sang several delightful songs. .A vote of thanks was passed by Mrs. Francis Renner (president). Two amusing competiions were held, Mrs. E. A. Carter winning easily the "spelling bee." The next function will be held as usual at Mrs. Flux's residence in Brunswick Street, on November Bth, when final preparations will be made for the Plunket bazaar to be held on November 18th in the Knox Schoolroom. The final meeting of tne Mothers' Club for this year will be on November 29th, and it is hoped that all members and friends will pe present. An excellent programme is being drawn up.
