HUTT VALLEY INDOOR SPORTS CLUB.

. The Annual meeting of the Hutt Valley Indoor .Sports Club was held on Murcli Kith !before a large attendance ctf members. The Eeport and Balance Shoot were read by the 'retiring secretary, Miss K. 'Eason, and were -adopted with "a hearty vote of thanks to 'the secretary for her work during her period of oiHce. The following officers were elected. Patron, Mr. J. Home;; president, Mr. E. Swanson; Vice-presidents, ill's. Laird, and Messrs C. P. Pilcher, and i;. and F. Elbe; captain, Mr. V. Judd; Vice-captain, Mt. M. Church; Secretary and Treasurer, Miss E. A. Gillen; Committee, Misses, E. Millward and and B. Boyd, and Messrs. B. SPilcher and A. iSissons. The Hoiv. Autitor, Mr. P. Judd was thanked for his work in.'preparing the Balance Sheet, and the sincere thanks of the Club were extended to him for his help and advice during the years he has been associated with the Club. .On (the motion of Mr. P. Judd, it was unanimously decided to "change the name of the Club to the Waiwhctu Badminton Club. It was decided that the membership be limited to 50, and new members were elected to fill the vacancies in the club, owing to some former members having moved from the district. The opening date was fixed for April 26th, at the Horticultural Hall.
