INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION
PLANS FURTHEK ADVANCED,
ENCOURAGING RECEPTION,
Proposal for holding an industrial exhibition were further discussed at a meeting of the executive of the Lower Hutt Chamber of Commerce last 'inursday. An encouraging report regarding the probable demand lor space was received from Mr. A. K. Urimwood, who had been authorised by the chaniocr interview some of the linger industrial 'concerns of the Hutt \ alu-y. In view of the generally favourable manner in which the proposal had been received by the firms approached, it was decided ■to put in hand the letting of space with a view to holding the exhibition in the early spring. In view of the probability of keen demand for space, Jinns desiring lo exhibit are advised to make cany application to the secretary of tlie Lower Hutt Chamber of Commerce, fio High Street, from whom particulars can be obtained.
