RANDWICK BASKETBALL CLUB.
ENJOYABLE DANCE. A very enjoyable dance was held in the Moera Jfnil on July ISO by the Kanduick Basketball Club, over 100 being present. The entertainment includ.ed Monte Carlos, lucky spots, stream'ers, and confetti, the music being proAided bj - Mae Kebertson's orchestra. The duties of M.<". were capable handled by Mr. Candleigh. During the evening opportunity was Itaken to make a presentation to the club's senior B representative, Miss B. Beasley. She was handed a handsome bouquet in the club colours by Jeanette 'Harris who was appropriately attired as a club player, The president, Mrs Baldwin, wished Miss Beasley a successful tour and further representative honcars, and she was the recipient of a presentation from the vice-president, 'Miss 1. Lambourn. After Miss Beasley had expressed her thanks, the singing of "For .She's a Jolly Good Fellow'-' brought to a conclusion a very [ enjoyable evening. [
