The following games played under the jurisdiction of the llutt Valley Association, resulted as follows, the winning teams being mentioned first: — D Grade: Hibernians v. Empire. Hibernians (Dorwood, capt., Buckley, Crook. 0. Driseoll). Empire (Mitchell, capt., Halligan, Kerr and 'Roberts.
Results: Dorwood beat Mitchell 3113, Halligan 31-2-1, .Kerr 31-15, Roberts 31-27; Buckley beat Mitchell 31-UJ, Halligan 31-20, Kerr 31-10. Roberts Roberts 31-28; 0. Driseoll beat Kerr 31-23; Crook beat Kerr 31-19, lost to Mitchell 31-19 to Halligan 31-1G and 31-2-1 and lost to Mitchell 31-23, to Halligan 31-27, to Roberts 31-1-1. Doubles: Buckley and Dorwood beat Mitchell ami Halligan 3.1-20 and Roberts and Kerr 31-29. Crook aud Driseoll lost to Mitchell and Halligan 31-22 and to Roberts and Kerr 30-20. Summary—llibemions 12 games. Empire 8. C. Grade: Empire v. Wilford. Wilford (Jones, capt, Armstrong, Ingham, aud Miss O'Neill. Empire: Harding, capt,., McCarthy, Jones and White. Results: Harding beat Armstrong 31Iti, Jones 31-19, Ingham 32-30 and Miss O'Neill 31-15. White beat Armstrong 31-20, Ingham 31-25, Miss O'Neill 3125 and lost to Jones 31-27. McCarthy beat Miss O'Neill 37-35, Armstrong 3122 and lost to Ingham 31-2-1 aud to Jones 31-27. Jones lost to Jones (Wilton!) 31-2S, to Ingham 31-21, to Armstrong 31-29 and to Miss O'Neill 31-12. Doubles —McCarthy and White beat Jones and Miss O 'Neill 31-27 and Armstrong and Ingham 31-19. Harding and Jones beat Miss O'Neill and Jones 3118 and lost to Ingham and Armstrong 31-2-1. Summary: Empire 12 games. Wilford S games.
