STOKES VALLEY RATEPAYERS' ASSOCIATION.

The Stokes Valley Ratepayers' Association held its annual meeting in the School, in somewhat inclement weather, on Saturday night last. -Mr. A. Q. Dickson, the president, was in the dhair.
