Francis, of Bromley, Kent, E'njgW land, to Myrtle Alice, younger daughter of Judge H. T. Ayson, OJtf.G., and Mrs. Ayson, of Raratonga, Cook Islands, and Lower Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand.
