HUTT RIVER DISTRICT To CARTERS, CONTRACTORS & OTHERS WHEREAS those areas of laud consisting of 200 acres more or . less east of the mouth of the Hutt River and 65 acres west of ' 'h the mouth of the Hutt River known as the Hutt River Estuary and more particularly described in the Schedule to "The Hutt River Improvement and Reclamation Act 1922" have been vested in the Hutt River Board for the purpose of reclamation from the sea AND WHEREAS it has come to the notice of the Board that certain Carters and other persons have from time to time removed sand and other. material from within the areas and so impeded the work of reclamation NOW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person from and after the date of publication of this notice found removing material will be prosecuted without further notice.
