The wedding was recently solemnised

at St. Augustine's Church, Petone, of Thelma Mary, daughter of Mr and Mrs B. Fleet,, of Lower Hxrtt, to William John Frost, son of Mr and Mrs. B. J. F. Aldrieh of Petone. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a cream frock, tiie bodice of cheniUe georgette and the skirt of frilled georgette with uneven hem-line. The pretty v-eil was a gift from her mother, and was Held, in place with a coronet of orangeblossom. Her bouquet was of freesias and maidenhair fern. There was also a small" flowergirl, Edna Buchanan, whose frock was of blue crepe-de-ehene, with plain bodice and scalloped skirt, edged with rosebud, trimming, and her posy was of blue hyacinths and f orget-me-noits. Mr E. W. Niesbit acted in the capacity of best man and the Yen. Archdeacon Hansell performed the eerenuony. The reception was held in the Scouts' Hall, wdich was tastefully decoreuted wiith lycopodium and spring flowers.. Mrs Spearman received her guests in a frock of black satin marocain^ with flared slurt, flared sleeves and front of m&ixe satin and finished at the waist with a diamante 'buckle, and her hat was of'bla«k crinoline, drooping at on« side, with jeweHed buckle. She carried a posy of anemones and red japoniea. Mrs. Nesbit, mother of the bridegroom, wore <a navy and beige satin frock, with hat to tone. The bride's [travelling frock was of fawn and navy blue eelanese silk with small straw hat to tone.
