FRONTIERSMEN MEETING
A meeting of the I Squadron of the Legion of Frontiersmen was held at Lower Hutt on Monday evening, when there was a good ■ attendance.-.
j It was decided to. hold a church 'parade at St. Peter's Church, Wellington, next Sunday morning, .to -be known as "the Sillit'oc memorial, parade in memory of .Lieu-tenant J. Sillitoe, M.C.,' M.M., one-time adjutant; of I Squadron, and/ who died on August'-21st. The parade will" be le<U by the Caledonian pipe band; Reference was made also to" a proposal to. erect ■ a-" memorial at a certaiii spot on the "WWimarmino \P2^iil' in hon6ia* of the Legion of Frontiersmen vrho were killed in the Great War. The squadrdin leader is to go into the matter.
