Mrsi /H. Foley , presided over the monthly mating of the Taita Plunket Swb-committee held on October 29th, w2nch was attended by the following: Mesdanies. A. Burgess, P. Kitchener, W H, Jackson, R L. Puge, F. B. Martin (secretary). '
The nurse'B report 'was Tead and showed the following figures:—Visits of adults to rooms, 37; babies and older children ( 51.
It was reported that a substantial s,um had been raised b ythe canvas and the committee expressed t&e desire to thank the residents of Taita for theiT support. As a result of the canvas and the Jumble Sale the secretary reported having been enabled to hand over to the Central Cqmimittjße tihe sum of £35/3/6, which was considered a very gratifying amount for the effort of so newly formed a committee.
