GERMANS ADMIT FRENCH ADVANCE
MORE ACTIVITY ON WESTERN FRONT By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Received Thursday, 9.15 p.m. BERLIN, Nov. 23. The German Official News Agency admist a French advance on the Moselle front. It declares that French artillery of all calibres was active south of Perl. The French advanced to the edge of a wood south of the KitzlingMandern Road. A platoon advancing south of Merzig was dispersed by artillery. A French night communique says: “There was marked activity by aircraft on both sides with desultory Germna artillery lire in the vicinity of Blies.
