ANGLICAN SYNOD'S APPROVAL By Telegraph—Press Association HASTINGS, Oct. 16. The Synod of the Diocese of Waiapu passed a resolution to-night: “That this £3ynod approves of the principle of wet. canteens to safeguard the morale of the troops.and recommends that this resolution be sent to the proper authorities.”
