FAILURE TO FURNISH INCOME TAX RETURNS By Telegraph —Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Oct. 16. Deficiencies between the tax assessments and the sums found to be due amounted to over £3OO, it was stated in the New Plymouth Court when Charles Alfred Percy Wood, stockdcaler, w T as fined £4O for failing to furnish income tax returns for 1935, 1936 and-1937 and a return under the Employment Promotion Act for 1937.
