SCATTERED SHOWERS.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day.
Yesterday’s depression has passed eastward and pressure has risen over the Dominion. However, it is still relatively low in the Cook Strait area. There has been little change in south-eastern Australia, and several secondary depressions may be expected.
The forecast is for moderate to strong southerly to south-westerly winds, turning shortly to westerly or north-westerly. Weather fair to cloudy, hut with some scattered showers, more especially in and west of the ranges. Temperatures mild, seas rather rough to rough.
