GERMAN BOMBS.
TRIED OUT ON SPAIN. MARSHAL GOERING’S ORDERS (By Telegraph--Press Assn.-Copyright) LONDON, March 20. The Daily Telegraph's Barcelona cor respondent says that technicians have identified Thursday’s bombs as a new and powerful German type. The German General Staff is believed to have opposed tlieir use, preferring to reserve them for a European conflict, but Marshal Goering insisted on testing their efficiency. The Republican troops, heavily reinforced, have apparently formed a line of resistance from east of Caspe to east of Aleaniz, where the main Nationalist column is concentrated. Another is operating in the Codonera district and another round Oaspe, a total strength of 150,000. . . . Two shiploads of German war material leave Italian ports every day for the Nationalists.
