HEART SEIZURE WHILE ADDRESSING MEETING. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (Received This Bay, 10 a.m.) SOFIA, March 20. M. Malinoff, a former Premier and Leader of the Democratic Party, died from a heart seizure while speaking on democracy. He had roused great enthusiasm.
