DEFENCE OF FRENCH NATION.
WAR MUST NOT BE SOURCE OF PROFIT. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) ! (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) PARIS, March 20. The Chamber of Deputies, on March 22nd, will debate a Bill for completing the organisation of: the nation in the event of war. It provides for the mobilisation of fighting forces by co-opera-tion with the civil and military authorities under a single war command, the mobilisation of industry under a Minister specially appointed, and the mobilisation of defence against aircraft. The underlying principles of the Bill .are that everything and everybody must aid in the defence of the nation and war must not bs a source of profit.
