(By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) BARCELONA, March 18. , 1 i Surrender or die ’ ’ is the warning 'contained in tens of thousands of leaflets which General Franco’s ’planes over Barcelona. They add : f ( ‘The terror raids will be continued.” It is estimated that 700 were killed -in yesterday’s raid and-over 1000 were injured. The civil life of the city is 'completely paralysed, offices and shops being closed.
