1 VISIT TO BLENHEIM j (By Telegraph—Press AssocintPrO BLENHEIM, Last Night. The Minister of Public Works and Transport, Hon. R. Semple, arrived this afternoon by air from Wellington and to-morrow will inspect the northern section of the South Main Trunk railway. After delivering an address at Kaikoura to-mororw evening, he will return to Blenheim and give an address here on Monday night,leaving the next day for Nelson, en route to the West Coast.
