THREE TIMES SENTENCED TO DEATH.
NEGRO CONVICTED OF ASSAULT. (By Telegraph-Presg Assn.-Copyright) Received Friday, 11 P-m. MONTREAL, July 16. At Decatur (Alabama) a white jury convicted, Clarence Norris, a negro, for an assault on a white woman and sentenced him to death. Norris has three times been sentenced to death in six years.
