TRANSFERS OF OFFICIALS (By Telegraph-Press Assn .--Copyright) Received Wednesday, 7.30 p.m. TOKIO, April 27 Mr. Amau has announced his own appointment as Minister to Switzerland concurrently with the office of Chief of the Japanese Government Bureau of International Conference Affairs. His successor as Spokesman will be Mr. Tatsuo Kawai, formerly Consul-General at Shanghai, while Mr. Murai, .formerly Consul-General at Sj'dney. will become Minister to Siam.
