ERRANT GRAF ZEPPELIN.
INCIDENT OVER SWISS TERRITORY (By Telegraph-Press Assn.--Copyright) Received Wednesday, 10.15 p.m. BASLE, April 28. Swiss artillery fired blanks as a •warning when the German airship the Graf Zeppelin flew low over the Swiss frontier. The zeppelin immediately withdrew to Germany. The Swiss authorities are protesting to Berlin.
