BUSY DAY ON WATERFRONT.
ALL UNIONISTS AND NONUNIONISTS ENGAGED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. By ten o’clock this morning every available man, unionist and non-union-ist, offering for work on the Wellington waterfront was engaged for loading and discharging vessels. The ships include Omana from South Australia; Matua from Pacific Islands; Rotorua, Durham, Port Nicholson, Port Gisborne, Port Fremantle, and Hnrunui for or from Britain; and Sydney Maru for Japan.
