HUGE ROAD TOLL.
IN SIX MONTHS 271 KILLED. {By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) '(Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, Tliis Day. A report furnished by the Commissioner for Road Transport revealed that -71 persons were killed in road accidents in New South Wales between January Ist and June 30th, as compared with 232 during the corresponding period of last year.
