GERMAN SOUTH WEST AFRICA. NAZI ACTIVITIES RESPONSIBLE (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.3 d a.m.) CAPETOWN June 12. The Judicial Commissioner which recommended that Gernnui South West Africa be incorporated into the South African Union, as it considered the piesent form of Government a failure, considers in its report that Nazi activities render the present administration impossible. The population Avas draggoned by orders from Berlin, the Swastika displacing the Union flag. Recalcitrant Germans are reported to Berlin. Avhich persecutes their families living in Germany.
