WELLINGTON EASTER SHOW AND INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION.
The Wellington Easter Show, which, will be opened by His Excellency the Governor-General, Viscount Galway, on thy Ist April promises to be one of the best shows yet held by the Association. Already two-thirds of the available exhibit space has been taken up, while the space for side shows is practically full.
The horse events, which have been extended to three d;iys, will be held on Easter (Saturday, Monday and Tuesday, and the prizes offered have been considerably increased, making one of the most attractive shows in the province for horse owners.
Special arrangements are being made to accommodate a dirge number of horses, and exhibitors are asked to send in their entries as early as possible.
A number of other competitive classes are provided for needlework, cooking, photography, models and vegetables. The manager would also be glad to receive communications from anyone interested in exhibit space.
