RIFLE SHOOTING.
Tlie Levin Defence Riflle Club continued competitions on Saturday firing 7 shots at 300, 500. and 000 yards. The weather was good for shooting but no outstanding totals were registered in the majority of cases, most competitors lapsed at one range. L. Ingram was top oil the riflle with 94 which included a 33 reading 5555535. R. Bishop is becoming more consistent lately and was second with 92. Recently the Levin Club visited Bulls to compete at the prize meeting held there. Seven, members made tin' p trip and most of them wore; in the prize money. R. Tantrum was (op of the Levin members with 13d, which included a -19 out of 50 at 500, his last shot being- an inner. .1. G.
