MOST ROADS NOW OPEN

PALMKKRTON X,, Last Night
The following road conditions were communicated to the "Times" last night by the Automobile Association (Manawatu): Roads closed: —Foxton to Levin; Palmerston North to Kangiotu; Akatarawa road.
Roads open: Palmerston North to Shannon, Levin and Wellington; Palmerston -North to Wanganui and Hawera; Palmerston North to Taihape and north to Taumarunui open for light traffic; Gorge road; Palmerston North to Napier via Fern hill; Palmerston North to Masterton and Wellington, but care is required on the Rimutukas; Napier to Gisborne; Napier to Taupe-.
