A LATE ELECTION.
END OF NOVEMBER OR EARLY DECEMBER (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. It appears definite that Parliament will August 29 for the final session. Ministers are confident the programme of legislation will be completed by the end of October. It is expected the general election will take place either on November 28 or December 5, probably the earlier date.
