Mr Wilkinson Will Stand for Egmont
CONSTITUENTS RECOGNISE HIS SERVICES
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) ELTHAM, Last Night.
Heading a deputation of 300 electors from all parts of the electorate representative speakers this afternoon urged Mr.' C. A. Wilkinson, Independent sitting member, in view of the crisis in the affairs of the' country particularly affecting the farming industry to again accept nomination. Mr. Wilkinson replied in the affirmative. On behalf of the electors Sir Waiter Oarncross afterwards presented Mr. Wilkinson with a sterling silver tea Service in' appreciation of his past services to the electorate.
