British Cabinet Changes
DOMINIONS SECRETARYSHIP (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) LONDON, May 24. The Sun-Herald says that now that It is possible for Mr. J. H. Thomas to leave the Dominions office in Cabinet reconstruction it is believed that Lord "Halifax will be sounded regarding Mr. Thomas's office. Lord Halifax, however, is desirous of retiring after his arduous Indion vice-royalty followed with the Ministry of Education, but it is understood that he might remain if the Dominions office is vacant.
