BRITISH CABINET RECONSTRUCTION.
ANNOUNCEMENTS EXPECTED AT AN EARLY DATE.

The process of Cabinet reconstruction was advanced during- the past week, but any forecast would be pure speculation. Announcements are expected at an early date. Mr. Lloyd George's conversations with Cabinet are still proceeding. The "Daily Express" believes that the post of Minister of Defence will be created and offered to Mr. Churchill. Several newspapers foreshadow that Mr. Malcolm McDonald's post will be that of Secretary of the Dominions or Colonies.
