RIFLE SHOOTING.
The local Defence Rifle Club fired a further shoot on Saturday, in good weather conditions.
A match was fired at 2'oo yards—the first time on the new range. L. Richards, a new member, shot very well, registering 47 at 200 and 31 at 300, which won him a trophy donated by one o'f the members. 6, Blenkhorn scored 48 at 200 yds., his card reading 5,4,5,5,5,5,5,5,5, 4 48,
