BOUNDARY COMMISSION TO BE
SET UP (By Telegraph-Press Assn. —Copyright). (British Official Wireless.) Received Friday, 7 p.xu. RUGBY, April 17. Notes were exchanged to-day on behalf of the United Kingdom Government and the Government of India on the one side, and the Chinese Government on the other, whereunder the parties agree to set up a boundary commission to delineate the undermandated southern position of the YunnanBurmese frontier, referred to in the Anglo-Ghinese Agreement of 1897.
